3 Immune-Boosting Smoothie Bowls

๐ ย Yellow Boost ย - ย Tropical Smoothie Bowl ๐
ย
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of frozen tropical fruit mix (mango, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 tbsp of coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp of fresh ย ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp of Rawnice Curcumin Powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- Splash of coconut milk
Toppings:
- Coconut chips
- Puffed quinoa
- Star fruit
Direction:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer into your favorite bowl and add the toppings: coconut chips and few slices of star fruit (or any other fruit of choice)

๐ Pink Citrus - Ginger Smoothie Bowl ๐
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2-3 oranges (peeled, chopped - we used blood oranges)
- 1 tsp of fresh ginger (grated)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of Rawnice Pink Pitaya Powder
- 1/2 tsp of cardamom
Toppings:
- Orange slices
- Puffed quinoa
Directions:
- In a blender or food processor place oranges, add lemon juice, ginger, mapleย syrup, cardamom and ย Pink Pitayaย Powder. Add ย frozen bananas and blend all until smooth.ย
- Transfer into a bowl and add the toppings.

๐ Purple Berry Smoothie Bowl ๐
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 100 gr of frozen red currants
- 100 gr of fresh blueberriesย
- 1 tbsp of Rawnice Black Goji Powderย
- 2 tbsp of vegan "greek style" yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Splash of almond milk
Toppings:
- Fresh banana (sliced)
- Fresh blueberries
- Frozen currants
- Puffed quinoa
Directions:
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.ย
- Transform into your favorite bowl and add the toppings.
